This means you aren’t locked in to using a particular caterer or drinks package - you can choose however and whoever you want to do food and drinks for your celebration. You can choose how you want to style your event and what entertainment you want to use - allowing you to fully tailor your party exactly the way you want it. This also gives you greater flexibility in terms of budget too.
